FAQ

While your overall satisfaction is my main goal, do keep in mind that there are a few factors that may come up while printing your design(s), as is normal with t-shirt printing in general. Below is a list of "FAQ" to be noted before placing your order:

Color Variations

.Your image will be printed, using a DTG (Direct To Garment) Printer and while they print images consistently, it is not uncommon to have a variance in color... though rare, it happens. If you are looking to have your design matched to specific colors (using a Pantone book or others) I will try and match it to the best of the DTG's ability... however, I cannot guarantee those results and will not refund an order based on the variance of color(s).

Pre-Treatment Application Behavior

.In order to print a design using a DTG Printer, a Pre-Treatment is required to give the ink a foundation. While I use a State-Of-The-Art Pre-Treatment machine that applies an even coat of pretreatment, you may come across areas that have stray droplets. These droplets, as well as the rest of the pre-treatment itself, comes out in the wash but may worry you if you spot it before hand, which is why I'm mentioning it. I take care of them if I see any, but if I miss any... they wash out.

Personally Provided Garments

.If you place a special order and are looking to print on personally-provided garments, I will NOT guarantee their behavior in the process of pre-treating, printing and curing. While I do enjoy a challenge and would go about it as best as I possibly could, I will not refund your print costs or replace your personally provided apparel if you don't receive your desired result which is why I discourage the idea... but I will not be opposed to attempting your request with the mutual understanding that you are aware of the risks involved, both to your garment and my compensation, and agree to pursue that avenue knowingly.

Image Registration

.If you are familiar with screenprinting, you are aware of the factor of a print being "out of reg (registration)". While using a DTG Printer initially does away with that issue, it does not eliminate it entirely. As mentioned before, I go about printing as best as I possibly can, as does most screenprinters. In rare situations, an image will come out of registration, whether you pick up on it or not. As I always aim to print EVERY image as best as I can (as any of my outgoing product reflects my ability and overall good name), I will not ship out a printing job that I wasn't happy with. With that said, if your image comes out of registration, I will use my discretion on whether I will ship it out or re-print it. But I will not refund a purchase for the reason of registration, as is a common understanding in screenprinting overall.

Image Preparation

.The price of your image is priced with the understanding that you've already prepared your image to be printed (added the necessary transparencies, ect...). If I need to do any additional work on your image, other than resizing it, there will be an additional "Artwork Charge" which will be available for $25 an hour (1 hour minimum). While I can charge a lot more, this option isn't in place to make additional money... it's priced as a convenient option to resort to. This option is put in place mainly because of jobs I've done in the past which required me to both scan AND prepare the image myself because not everyone owns Photoshop.

T-Shirt Care

.For your printed tshirt to have the longest life possible (for the image and the tshirt itself), wash it inside-out on "Cold" and set your dryer on "Permanent Press". This applies to any screenprinted shirt, in general. Washing any tshirt (printed or not) right-side out all the time will result in discoloration to the outside of the tshirt over time.

If you are dis-satisfied with an order in any other way, I will do what I can to help. If you have any questions and/or comments, don't hesitate to shoot me an email.
